How text support works
MyOpenDoor Translate Text Support — these are the program terms for this text line, in plain words.
Who it is for: Churches and organizations that use MyOpenDoor Translate, and the staff and volunteers who run it for them.
How it starts: You text us first. Send a text to (239) 356-8775 with your question and your church’s name. That first text is how you ask us to reply.
What we send: Replies to your question — help with your service, your setup, or your account. A person at MyOpenDoor reads every message. We never send marketing or promotions on this line, and we never text anyone who has not texted us first.
How often: Message frequency varies with your questions. Most conversations are a few messages.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. We do not charge for text support.
For help, reply HELP at any time, or email hello@myopendoortranslate.com.
To stop, reply STOP at any time. We will confirm, and you will get no more texts from this number unless you text us again.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number stays private
We use your mobile number only to answer you. We do not sell or share your mobile number, your text opt-in, or your personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The full details are in our Privacy Policy. The terms for this text line are the ones on this page; our general Terms & Conditions cover the rest of the service.
